This Privacy Policy describes how Rosette Ratio (the "app"), released by sasinkum.com, processes information. It is applicable solely to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Rosette Ratio neither collects, stores nor transmits any personal data to sasinkum.com or to any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts and contains no analytics or third‑party crash‑reporting tools.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID). It includes no advertising SDKs and no external tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, exchange, or otherwise share personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature demands them, and any information involved is processed locally on your device.

You may revoke any granted permission at any time via Android Settings.
Data stored on your device
All data saved by the app stays on your device, never leaves it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed any third‑party services. Google Play and Android are governed by their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not aimed at children under 13 years of age (COPPA) and does not intentionally collect data from minors. Where the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction exceeds 13, that higher age applies. Parents may contact garance8bouvier@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale, which does not occur in this case.
Because the app does not gather data, erasing it simply requires uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable period, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you email us, your message is used solely to provide a reply.
Security
Your information remains on your device and is protected by Android’s security mechanisms. No system can guarantee absolute security, so we keep the app minimal and avoid collecting unnecessary data.

Should this policy be updated, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
